All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

Pakistan Delivery: 3–5 working days.
International Delivery: 7–15 working days depending on destination.
Delivery timelines may vary during sales, holidays, or high order volume periods.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size.

Free shipping may be available on selected promotions or minimum purchase amounts.

4. Order Tracking

5. International Customs & Duties

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
