Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Received a damaged or defective item
  • Received the wrong product or incorrect size
  • Manufacturing fault in the item

To request a return or exchange, customers must contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the order.

Conditions for Return

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase/order number is required
  • Items purchased on sale or discount are non-refundable

  • Items damaged after use or washing

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
